Warranty and Return Policy

Limited 90-day policy

Manufacturer makes every effort to assure that its products meet high quality and durability standards, and warrants to the original purchaser that this product is free from defects in materials and workmanship for the period of 90 days from the date of delivery. This warranty does not apply to damage due directly or indirectly to misuse, abuse, negligence or accidents, normal wear and tear, improper installation, or to lack of maintenance or improper storage. Some shrinkage between rubbers is normal and does not effect play.

To take advantage of this warranty and unless other written terms are provided, please email us at wallyrebounder@gmail.com for a Return Authorization. If we determine that the product is defective we will provide a shipping label for you to ship the product or part to us or we will ship you out a replacement part. If the product is to be returned for repair it must be packaged securely and shipped to us within 5 days of issuance of RMA. If our inspection verifies the defect, we will either repair or replace the product at our election or we may elect to refund the purchase price if we cannot readily and quickly provide you with a replacement. We will return repaired products at our expense, but if we determine there is no defect, or that the defect results from causes not within the scope of our warranty, then you must bear the cost of returning the product.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights with vary from state to state. Warranty is not valid for international sales, we do however work with all customers to find an equitable solution.

30-day Return Policy 

Please email us at wallyrebounder@gmail.com for a Return Authorization within 30 days from delivery date. Shipping and handling charges are NOT REFUNDABLE. All returned merchandise must be in the original undamaged packaging. We DO NOT accept any product that is returned incomplete or in less than brand new condition. Customers remain responsible for the shipping and handling expenses incurred in shipping the item to them. If an item is refused, the carrier bills us for shipping both ways, and these expenses incurred on your behalf need to be deducted from your refund. Refunds are applied to the payment method used at the time of purchase 3-5 business days after receipt of the returned merchandise.
